Parents come for a visit

Mother and Father Kanooth came to visit us for Leif's Spring Break. It was great to have them here. We had so much fun!!!!! And they helped us out so much. We love our parents.

The first night they were here we stayed up late playing games and talking. My favorite game to play with another couple is Tabo but for some reason, Leif and I never win. We even lost to our parents!!! Monday night we all went out to eat at Oklahoma Joe's. I have heard so much about this place but was skeptical because it was located in a gas station. But the food ended up being AWESOME. On Tuesday the 4 of us had a very full day at many different site. We first went over to Independence where we visited the Truman Library and Museums. After that we took a tour of Harry S. Truman's home. Both of these sites were very interesting and made me appreciate our Government.

After Independence we headed over to Adam-ondi-Aham were we visited our sweet son, and felt the spirt of holy lands. We then drove to Jamesport and saw the how the real Amish live. It was a wonderful day. We are blessed with great parents.
