Leif and I flew up to Spokane for Christmas Break. It was really nice to see my family along with the 4 feet of snow covering the grounds. Our holiday break was filled with lots of fun activities such as ping-pong, cross-country skiing, racket ball, sledding, building snowman, ice- skating, making Christmas treats, and just being together with the family.

Christmas Eve was special. We all played in the snow together and then we got to act out the Nativity Scene as a family. Leif and I were Mary and Joseph because of my round belly. Kjersti was our donkey. Amy and Mathew were the shepherds and Josett was the beautiful angel. After the Nativity my parents opened up their Christmas gift. It was a video of our family. At the end of the video our little baby's sex was reviled. Now all our families know that we are having a little baby Boy! 
Christmas day itself was a very fun and relaxing day. My mother gave me lots of fun maternity clothes, and Leif received a lot of dark chocolate. We also were given a lot of sweet gifts from my brother and sisters. Leif was then given a surprise gift from our son. It was a oneise with "Dad's Team" written across the front. There was also a letter from Kaden stating how excited he was to come visit his father.
